an update on my semester brought to you by yoplait

so far here's the lowdown on what's been happening at cornell.

i've met with my advisor, and unfortunately, he's the professor i had last semester for my worst class. he also hasn't responded to my query about early graduation after sending him my transcript. i've e-mailed six bu professors and gotten only one response, which was a no.

work starts at 8:00 a.m. tuesdays and thursdays. not a terrible thing, but it cuts into sleep and definitely impairs ability to concentrate in my grad-level astro class right after it. work itself hasn't been too bad so far. been taking 2- and 1-hour shifts. first paycheck due in twelve days or so. i guess i'll go for direct deposit.

i'm gonna be ten days late on rent this month thanks to leaving the checkbook at home this vaca. problem wasn't that but also that uh the mail delivery didn't work out too well.

been watching more dbz with the girlfriend. made some aesthetic changes to the room. not feeling my current room too much though.

trying out for phi kappa sigma, the honors fraternity. might as well, right?
