post-class syndrome

college completion rate is 35% now.

i thought it was worth mentioning that i saw the important of being earnest a few weeks ago, since i saw shakespeare's love's labour lost yesterday. not my favorite shakespeare, for sure.

as i stare down a problem set, a group report, and five finals, i rejoice in part because i am the undisputed master of counting chickens before they hatch. i've got an entire new resume typed up and ready to roll off the presses, along with a tentative course schedule for the upcoming two years.

some of my classmates this semester are pretty awesome. there are the typical unsavories, but i've got legit cool people now who like the subject material. i should probably socialize with them, too, but why complicate a relationship that works as is?

if i said this on aim - which i might have done - or if i were typing this last year, at this point i would insert an emoticon to indicate that it's a rather foolish-sounding or awkward thing to say. however, in my constant efforts to mature my writing, i have refrained from so doing.

titles recently include gankutsuou, donkey kong country, and chrono trigger. working on improving milady's taste. it's an arduous process but i think i've made some headway.

not sure whether or not i've decided not to use exclamation points, which is why there is a period above. also too lazy to check.
