i am taking econ 313 next semester. my options for the lecture time are the 10:10 one (with larry blume) or the 8:40 one (with guerdjikova). neither has great reviews. the lecture that conflicts with mathematical physics is the one with the positive reviews, but that one isn't available to me, because obviously there's a conflict.

now the 10:10 timeslot, in which i'm currently enrolled, is convenient for me for obvious reasons. i get to sleep an extra hour and a half that i'd lose with an 8:40 lecture, and there's a one-hour break perfectly sized for my lunch. the 8:40 timeslot? well, i get to sleep a bit less, and then there's the massive two-and-a-half hour gap. presumably i'd be spending like 40 minutes of that walking back and forth from my apartment again. wouldn't feel too snappy about that.

bleh. maybe i'll just try auditing both. god that would bore me to death, though. well, we'll see.
